No, we increase your exposure to many Recruiters having vacancies for Job Seekers. If they select you, you stand a chance of being selected.

2. Will MTL contact me directly?
Yes, once a Recruiter indicates a desire to interview you we will contact you.

3. Is the service free for Recruiters?
Yes, it is free for Recruiters.

4 Can I send more that one resume?
No, it is not necessary; the system allows you to update your account information as the need arises for a period of 6 months after which your PIN expires.

5. Is the service free for Job Seekers?
No, you are expected to purchase a Personal Identification Number (PIN) “code” using your ATM / Debit or cash card. The PIN number will allow you to post your resume on our database.

6. Are there any other access costs?
NO there aren't any other costs than the cost of the (PIN) code. No other fees are charged

7. What is the minimum number of years required in any of your areas of specialization?
Fresh Graduates (Post NYSC) are welcome to post their resume's. No previous work experience required.

8. How long does it take to receive a feedback from MTL?
As much as we endeavor to place all selected candidates, there are no guarantees of success. We will contact you if and when you are short- listed for a possible job opportunity.

9. If I don't hear from MTL, can I submit my CV again?
No. once registered, your details are in the database and do not need to register again until your Personal Identification Number expires.

10. Can I call MTL for a follow up?
No, we will contact you if you have been short-listed for a job opportunity.

11. What if MTL loses my records?
We have adequate back up procedures to ensure records are properly kept.

12. Does MTL only offer permanent placement?
No, we offer several other services. MTL offers both permanent and contract placements.

13. I have sent my CV online; should I drop it at your office as well?
No, the online solution is a robust database that takes care of CV submission, eliminating the need for hard copies of CVs.

14. Do I sit for tests?
Yes, we may require that candidates sit for aptitude tests once they have been invited for interview. It depends on the Recruiter.

15. If I don't pass the test, do I have another chance?
Possibly if another Recruiter selects you.

16. If I have a problem with my PIN where do I go?
