As a result, the Company has no control over the quality, safety or legality of the jobs or resumes posted, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of employers to offer job opportunities to candidates or the ability of candidates to fill job openings or any User Content and makes no representations about any jobs, resumes or User Content on PetroRecruit.com.

Resumes that are deleted from the PetroRecruit.com database are permanently removed and are unable to be recovered. Backup systems do, of course, maintain all records for a limited period of time in case of a system failure.
